Support that stays centered around you.

As a team, we will prepare for labor, move through your birth with my continuous support, and then reconnect after birth. At every stage, my assistance will be shaped around your values, questions, and family.

What’s included

01

Two prenatal visits

Time to connect, talk through preferences, practice comfort measures, and help you and any birth partners feel more prepared.

02

On call from 36 weeks

I reserve space around your estimated due date and am ready to join you when labor begins.

03

Continuous support throughout labor and birth

I stay with you as a steady, familiar presence, offering emotional reassurance, physical comfort measures, position ideas, and support for communication with your care team.

04

One postpartum visit

A chance to reconnect, process your experience, and talk through the early transition into life with your baby.

Looking for a different rhythm of visits?

The package can be personalized during your consultation so the support reflects what your family actually needs.

Hospital birth support

A consistent presence when the room keeps changing.

Hospital teams provide essential medical care, but nurses, physicians, midwives, and other providers will likely change as shifts turn over. I offer continuity within that experience: I know your preferences, remain focused on your emotional and physical needs, and help you and any partners stay oriented as new people enter the room.

I do not replace your medical team. I am there to help you ask questions, understand your options, and keep your voice and birth preferences present throughout your care.

Pre and Postnatal Movement Support

Make space for release and opening during pregnancy, and for rebuilding after.

Interested in pelvic and full-body release? I also offer movement-focused support during the prenatal and postnatal period. If interested in this additional care, we can discuss a package that includes this.

A few common questions

Good things to know.

Why hire me?

I will make sure your voice is heard and respected! I will help you stay as physically comfortable as possible. In addition to being your birth doula, I can offer Pilates instruction and birth photography. During the pushing stage, a doula often steps back while the medical team takes the lead, giving me the opportunity to capture images that will last a lifetime (if you’d like).

Do you support hospital, birth-center, and home births?

Yes. Hospital birth support is a central part of my practice and where I believe a doula’s steady presence can be especially valuable. I also provide invaluable support for birth-center and home births in collaboration with your licensed care team.

Do you replace my doctor or midwife?

No. I provide non-medical emotional, physical, and informational support. I do not diagnose conditions, perform clinical tasks, or make medical decisions.

Can you take photos during my birth?

Of course! I am comfortable behind a camera and happy to capture some images throughout labor and birth. We will discuss at a prenatal visit what images you might like to be taken. I am, however, not a replacement for a birth photographer—supporting you will always come first.

How involved can my partner be?

My hope is that your partner will be deeply involved in the labor and birth journey in whatever way feels right to them. I am here as a guide and support system for the birthing person and partner alike—helping them feel prepared, offering ideas and reassurance when needed, and making sure they have support and space to rest, too.

What happens after the consultation?

If it feels like a good fit and you decide to move forward, I will send my service agreement, package details, and next steps. Once everything is signed, we will reserve your estimated due date and begin scheduling our prenatal visits.

Do you support LGBTQIA+ families and birthing people of all genders?

Absolutely. I offer affirming, nonjudgmental support for trans, nonbinary, queer, and LGBTQIA+ birthing people and families of every structure.
